Job Description 

Responsible for Accounts payables (FRA part of the Requisition to Payment Cycle), Fixed asset accounting, Payroll accounting, Tax filing, Treasury management, NFCM & in-control compliance and finance process optimization.

FRA (Financial Accounting and Reporting)

Accounts payable and staff reimbursement,
Fixed asset accounting and reporting,
Payroll and other personnel related cost accounting and reporting,
Prepare Financial Reporting System (FRS) at monthly basis,
Monthly and annual tax filing,
Treasury management,
Annual statutory and IFRS audit
Support to other finance associates
In-control and NFCM (Novartis Financial Control Matrix)

Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), control assessments and flowcharts for key control activities in accordance with NFCM and In-control requirements,
Perform annual NFCM and In-control assessment
RTP (Requisition to Payment) process optimization
Prepares and provide training to associates
Minimum requirements 

BS in Accounting/Management minimum, ACCA/CIMA desirable; 
Fluent in both oral and written English; 
5+ years of relevant experience, including account payable accounting and financial reporting
